Nice work, Gena. There must be a way of taking them to court with some form of class action suit. Also, this would need to be disseminated at large to the mass media. Most of them will ignore it, but the few that will give it consideration will perhaps get the ball rolling.

I'm so grateful for your battle. I saw that this "study" is already being used in Court battles to defend mandates. My father in law just told my husband that he doesn't want my hubby to go with them hunting this year, as my hubby will put the rest (all injected) at risk for C19. My husband abstained from the hunt last year, willingly, for this very reason - he figured he'd be blamed if anyone got C19. But by now, we figured enough facts had filtered through. Then came the Fisman "study." It is disgraceful, the brain washing of people that previously I considered half-way intelligent and with the help of legacy media.

Think about the players in this game. You are filing a complaint with U Toronto, an organization that requires vaccination for campus attendance (https://www.utoronto.ca/utogether/vaccines), and, to some degree, mask-wearing. Would they really be motivated to punish one of their members whose questionable practices supports the overall U of Toronto objectives? It's like filing a suit against someone, and the presiding judge is the defendant's Father!

When the fraud is this blatant it's hard to ignore. The university may decide it's not worth defending him, that he has outlived his usefulness and it's just easier to sacrifice him and move on. The alt-left have been known to eat their own when it suits them.

Given what this "study" has done to my family, I don't think I would feel too badly if this was the result. However, we will likely not get much from legacy media in the way of a retraction, and so therefore, the damage has been done.

Yes, the damage has indeed been done. But, if these fraudsters are called out and face reprimand then maybe others won't be so quick to commit these acts. Also, this could prove useful in future litigation against those complicit with the fraud or those attempting to use it to defraud the public.

U of T had a humans right case filed against them, so they dropped their mandates. https://www.westernstandard.news/news/u-of-t-drops-covid-mandates-after-human-rights-complaint/article_af436169-f1d5-5a29-a051-f68412aa5890.html
